Nosotros
Bienvenidos a La Popular.
Bienvenidos a nuestra panaderia. La Popular is the panaderia y taqueria serving Plano, Dallas, Mesquite and Greenville, and this page is our Mesquite home: La Popular Panaderia #3, at 1200 E Davis Street.
Ask anyone in the Metroplex where the pan dulce run happens and La Popular comes up. Our own promise is simple, and it is the one on our sign: Panaderia La Popular, el mejor pan del Metroplex. Fresh bread every day, pasteles for the fiestas that matter, and a counter where everybody is welcome. Todos son bienvenidos.
The Mesquite bakery keeps the full La Popular spread: pan dulce and bolillo from the case, pasteles de tres leches and custom cakes for bodas y quinceañeras, tamales de pollo, puerco, piña y fresa, champurrado with arroz con leche, buñuelos, bolis, pasta para mole and piñatas tradicionales para nuestra gente. On weekends the menudo y pozole comes out, and in January the racks fill with rosca de reyes.
“Pan recien horneado, pasteles, tamales y mucho mas. Visitanos pronto.”
We are one of four La Popular homes across the Metroplex. Plano is where the main line answers at (469) 358-7546, Dallas #2 sits on South Beltline Road, Mesquite #3 is here on East Davis Street, and Greenville runs the panaderia y taqueria with desayuno estilo Mexicano, lunch y cena, comida 100% Mexicana. Whichever door you walk into, the case is full and the coffee question answers itself: champurrado.
Short on time? Ahora puedes ordenar en linea y hacemos entregas a domicilio. Order online and we bring La Popular to your door.
The wheat, the conchas and the bronze ribbon. That is our logo, and it has watched over a lot of birthday cakes.
